Marshall Ho is a machine learning engineer with extensive experience in developing advanced AI systems. Currently at Scribd, Marshall focuses on creating a GenAI chatbot system and developing a retrieval augmented generation system integrated with Elasticsearch. Previously, as Engineering Lead at TealBook, Marshall led an Agile team in developing NLP models and machine learning pipelines, overseeing the entire ML lifecycle.
