Wen Zhang is a seasoned product designer with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Senior Product Designer at Scribd, Inc. since June 2021, Wen leads initiatives focused on enhancing user experiences through improved browsing, searching, onboarding, and AI-driven discovery. Previously at AECOM from July 2018 to May 2021, Wen contributed to the design of engaging outdoor experiences for diverse international user groups, emphasizing research and stakeholder presentations.
