Rubi Arbel

Rubi Arbel has extensive work experience in the field of cybersecurity. Rubi is currently the CEO and co-founder of Scribe Security, a software supply chain assurance platform. Prior to this, they served as the Managing Partner & Co-founder of Resilience Cyber Security, a boutique cybersecurity professional services firm. Rubi also held the position of VP Aviation at Argus Cyber Security Ltd. Rubi has a background in intelligence and served as Director of Intel-R&D in Israeli Military Intelligence from 2012 to 2015. Rubi also held various positions in cybersecurity and IT during their time in the Israeli Military Intelligence and Israeli Air Force. In addition, Rubi has worked as a freelance cyber consultant and founded Feelanthro, a philanthropic initiative.

Rubi Arbel earned a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Information Technology from Tel Aviv University, specializing in the Department of Industrial Engineering, from 1998 to 2002. In 2011 to 2012, Arbel pursued further education at the Harvard Kennedy School, where they obtained a Master in Public Administration (MPA) with a focus on International Relations and National Security Studies.
