Caila MacDonald has worked for three companies, beginning with IBM Global Business Services in 2010 as a Consultant. In 2012, they joined NetSuite, where they held several roles, including Sr. Manager of Customer Success Practice, Strategic Initiatives Program Manager, Solution Architect Practice Lead, Consulting Technical Director, Senior Consultant Professional Services, and Professional Services Consultant. Most recently, in 2022, they began working for Scribe as a Customer Success.

Caila MacDonald holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Management Information Systems, General from Georgetown University. In addition, they have obtained two certifications from NetSuite: ERP Consultant in October 2014 and SuiteFoundations in October 2014.
