Karishma Irani

Karishma Irani is an accomplished product leader with extensive experience in driving product strategy and development across various technology companies. Currently serving as the VP of Product at Scribe since January 2025, Karishma focuses on enhancing work processes for teams in organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 100 companies. Prior experience includes leadership roles at LaunchDarkly, where responsibilities spanned from Product Lead for AI Configs to Head of Product, contributing to the company's vision of simplifying software development through feature management. As Growth Product Lead at New Relic, Karishma played a pivotal role in reimagining onboarding experiences to boost conversion rates.
