Sepideh Biddle

Sepideh Biddle is a seasoned recruiter with extensive experience in technical and diversity recruitment. Currently serving as the Lead Technical Recruiter at Scribe since June 2023, Sepideh was the first recruiter at the company, hiring across various functions, including engineering, product, data, marketing, sales, and operations. Prior to this role, Sepideh worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Datafold and held similar positions at Altitude Networks and Inclusive Recruiters, the latter of which was founded to promote diversity in hiring. Sepideh began a career in recruitment after working in finance roles, including as a Senior Finance Analyst and Finance Manager, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the industry. Educational qualifications include a BBA in Finance and Management from the American University in Dubai.
