Pete Spera

Pete Spera is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and management across various sectors. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Clairemont Capital Group, LLC since September 2021, Spera focuses on acquiring lower middle market companies with a long-term strategic perspective. Prior to this role, Spera spent over two decades at Havis, Inc., where responsibilities included Director of Operations and Manufacturing Manager, contributing to the development of mobile workspace solutions. In addition to these roles, Spera has served as a board member for multiple organizations, including Standard Components LLC, TransGard, Niche Electronics, Scribner, LLC, and Providien Thermoforming, LLC. Spera holds an MS in MBA from Saint Joseph's University and a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems from Commonwealth University-Bloomsburg.
