Earlier in career, Justin held the position of News Technician at Pappas Telecasting from July 2006 to July 2010, where a promotion in 2009 led to the role of Weekend Director, responsible for directing weekend newscasts and overseeing graphics production during the week. Justin earned a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Production from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln between 2001 and 2006.
