Sarah Johnson has over a decade of experience in human resources and traffic management within the broadcasting industry. Currently serving as the Director, Human Resources Business Partner at The E.W. Scripps Company since July 2019, Sarah has previously held various HR roles at KSBY, including Human Resources Generalist and Traffic Manager/HR Business Office Specialist. In these positions, responsibilities included managing investigation processes, union negotiations, onboarding, compliance with California state law and FCC regulations, and maintaining employee files.
