Sonni Shell has extensive work experience in various roles. In 2013, they worked at Airrosti Rehab Centers as a Supervisor in Practice Operations, where they focused on improving recovery times and reducing unnecessary medical procedures. From 2015 to 2020, they served as an Associate Director at alliantgroup, a tax services provider, helping companies obtain tax incentives and credits. In 2020, they joined Script Care, Ltd. as the Director of Strategic Operations.

Sonni Shell has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a field of study in Accounting, from Trinity University.
