David Malay RSE is the Principal Owner of Ocean Pearl Technical Services, where they provide support to service management teams through technical training and program development. They served as VP of Product & Service Development at DSL - Food Service Solutions from 1985 to 2024, focusing on enhancing customer relationships through innovative equipment and service models. Previously, they managed maintenance and new construction at Sobeys from 1990 to 1992. David holds a degree in HVAC-R from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and is a Red Seal Journeyman in HVAC-R. They also currently serve as a Technical Advisor at Scription.
