Aaron Chilcoat

Aaron Chilcoat has extensive experience in IT project management and support roles. Aaron worked at ScriptPro as the Manager of Operations Support and Training, where they managed the Operations Support Team and was responsible for resolving IT issues and requests. At Cognizant, they served as an IT Project Manager, overseeing coordination, status reporting, and delivery of large-scale projects. Aaron also worked at Payless ShoeSource in various roles, including IT Infrastructure Project Manager and Team Lead for Retail Tech Services and End User Services. Additionally, they worked at the University of Kansas as a Service Desk Supervisor and at KDOT as an IT Services Support Consultant. Prior to these roles, they gained customer service experience at Forever Oak as a Customer Service Associate.

Aaron Chilcoat attended Kansas State University from 2004 to 2006, where they obtained a degree in Computer Systems Technology with a specialization in IT. In terms of additional certifications, they received the IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from AXELOS Global Best Practice in January 2019. In March 2017, Aaron obtained certifications as a Scrum Master and a Scrum Product Owner from the International Scrum Institute™. Prior to that, they obtained a PMM certification from the Project Management Institute in 2010. Aaron also holds a Lean Six Sigma - White Belt certification, although the institution and specific date of acquisition are unknown.
