Adam Byers

Adam Byers has a diverse work experience in the field of technical support and system analysis. Adam started their career as a Student at the Electronics Institute in 1994. Adam then joined Flightware in 1996 as a Hardware Technical Support, providing support for the Sonic Restaurant point of sale system and on-site support for stores. In 1998, they joined Dealer Information Systems as a Response Line Rep IV, where they provided first-line support for farm implement dealers' point of sale systems. At DineEquity, Inc., they worked as a Support Analyst I and later as a Senior Support Specialist, troubleshooting software and hardware issues for Applebee's and IHOP restaurant point of sale systems. Since 2013, Adam has been working at ScriptPro, starting as an Application Support Analyst I and progressing to roles like Application System Analyst II and III. Their responsibilities at ScriptPro included supporting the ScriptPro Pharmacy Management System and mentoring and coaching analysts, implementing company policies and procedures, and providing technical training.

Adam Byers completed their high school education at Hollister High School from 1986 to 1990, obtaining a High School Diploma. Subsequently, they pursued further education at the Electronics Institute from 1994 to 1996, earning an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Electronics.
