Andrew Blum

Andrew Blum has a diverse work experience in the technology and banking sectors. Andrew started their career as a Tech Lab Intern at DeVry University in 2004. Andrew then joined ScriptPro as a Senior Field Technician in 2004 and later became an Advanced Technical Lead in 2008. In this role, Andrew led and assisted analysts with difficult customer issues, provided advanced troubleshooting, and addressed customer concerns. Andrew worked at ScriptPro until 2015.

Andrew then joined NBKC Bank in 2015 as a Project Manager, where they served until 2019. Currently, they work at ScriptPro again as a Senior Hardware Support Lead, a position they have been holding since June 2019.

Andrew Blum attended Northeast Community College from 1995 to 1997, where they obtained an Associate of Science degree in General Studies. Andrew later went on to study at DeVry University from 2002 to 2004, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Network and Communications Management, specializing in Network and Communication Management.
