Donald Hetherington

Donald Hetherington has extensive experience in technical support and field services, currently serving as Field Services Engineer III at ScriptPro since May 2018, following progression through roles as Field Service Technician II and I. Prior to ScriptPro, Donald worked at RITE AID from 2009 to April 2018 as a Field Technician, providing IT support for 27 stores and achieving high compliance levels and project deadlines. Earlier career experience includes working as a Photo Equipment Technician at Eckerd Drugs from 1999 to 2009, where technical support was provided for one-hour photo labs, alongside a role as Photo Lab Training Manager, overseeing two labs and training photo lab managers within the district.
