James Bamber

James Bamber has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. James is currently working as a Lead Desktop Engineer at ScriptPro since May 2021. Prior to this, they worked as an Information Technology Support Specialist at North Kansas City Hospital from December 2020 to May 2021.

From 2018 to 2020, James served as a Technology Director at Synergy Wealth Solutions. Before that, they were an Assistant IT Manager of Endpoint at Waddell & Reed from April 2017 to October 2018. In 2016, they worked as a Desktop Engineer at k12itc.

James gained valuable experience at Apple, where they served as a Tier 2 iOS and Mac+ Specialist from April 2014 to November 2016. In this role, they not only solved software and hardware issues for customers, but also collaborated with managers on projects to improve employee performance and address complex issues.

Earlier in their career, James worked at Tyco as a CSG Specialist/Web Admin from June 2006 to February 2014. In this role, they utilized Sharepoint to create an intranet with various portals for team members to access critical information and collaborate. Additionally, James worked at ADT as a Custom Homes Specialist from June 2006 to February 2010, providing comprehensive resolution for customer issues, including dispatch assistance and troubleshooting CCTV.

James Bamber completed their education with a Bachelor of Information System in Software Engineering degree from Park University between 2011 and 2016. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from Metropolitan Community College-Maple Woods from 2005 to 2007. Additionally, in December 2009, James obtained the certification of Sigma Six Green Belt.
