John McDonald

John McDonald has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. John started their career in the U.S. Navy Reserve as a Quality Assurance Manager, where they supervised a team and provided maintenance guidelines for aviation electronics. Following this, they worked at ADC as a Network Administrator, responsible for hardware services and desktop support. John then joined Sprint as an Instructional Designer, where they provided consulting on training and skill gaps and applied project analysis methodologies. Most recently, they worked at ScriptPro as an eLearning Developer and later as a Senior eLearning Developer/LMS Administrator, designing and developing training materials for external customers using web-based and paper-based platforms.

John McDonald began their education in 1986, attending Valencia College. There, they studied mathematics for one year. In 1987, they joined the U.S. Navy Technical program, where they specialized in mathematics, electronics, and aviation. John'seducation at this institution lasted for one year, concluding in 1988.
