John Miller

John Miller has a diverse work experience starting in 2009 as a Manager at Classic Doors, where they provided technical support for computer systems and oversaw maintenance and upgrading of computer and networking systems. In 2015, they worked as an Intern at Sowela Technical Community College, where they gained experience in working with multiple platforms, imaging and setting up workstations and laptops, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Later in 2015, they joined ScriptPro as an Enterprise Security Analyst, taking on various roles and tasks beyond their initial responsibilities, including being a Crowdstrike Systems Administrator and Sophos Systems Administrator. John also led a project to find a suitable replacement for Kaspersky Endpoint Security that improved the company's security posture.

John Miller attended SOWELA Technical Community College from 2014 to 2015, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Networking Specialist. In June 2015, they also received the Cisco Certified Network Associate certification from Cisco. Later, in November 2017, John obtained additional certifications including Network+ and Security+ from CompTIA.
