John Taylor

John Taylor has a extensive work experience in various roles and industries. John started their career as a Technical Support Engineer at Medical Communications Software in 1996, where they managed all aspects of the DOS versions of OBRA+ and was responsible for the QA of pre-releases. John then became the Quality Assurance Manager at the same company, where they managed the development and enhancements of OBRA+ for all states.

In 1998, John joined Analysts International Corporation (AIC) as a Consultant. John worked in multiple departments, including E-Services and Internal Systems. John performed SQL programming and QA duties, ran and maintained data updates for client websites, and developed technical documentation. John also served as the Business Unit Liaison for the Year 2000 Project, overseeing test plan development and ensuring all requirements were met.

John moved to Cap Gemini in 2002, where they worked as a Consultant and Lead Test Analyst in the IT Department. John developed and executed test requirements, plans, and scripts for various PCS billing software applications using Test Director. John also developed the planning process for integrated testing.

Since 2004, John has been working at ScriptPro as the Manager, IS Quality Assurance. John built the IS QA department from scratch and their team is responsible for integration, system and load testing of various applications. John also coordinates UAT efforts for application releases.

Throughout their career, John has gained experience in various software applications including Siebel Open UI, Oracle eBusiness Suite, Kronos, SharePoint, Oracle Service Cloud, Salesforce, Onyx Customer Center, and Test Director.

John obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management Information Systems from Indiana State University - Scott College of Business, where they studied from 1988 to 1992.
