Senior Manager, Client Service (robotics Support) at ScriptPro

Kelley Wright has a diverse work experience spanning over various roles in different companies. Kelley is currently working as a Senior Manager in Client Service (Robotics Support) at ScriptPro since April 2019. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Systems Administrator at TVH Parts Co. from October 2018 to April 2019.

From 2015 to 2018, Kelley worked at Waddell & Reed, first as a Systems Engineer from February 2018 to October 2018, and then as an IT Analyst from September 2015 to February 2018.

Kelley has extensive experience at ScriptPro, where they held several roles from 2003 to 2015. Kelley served as a Manager in Robotics Support from February 2014 to July 2015, a Tier 1 Technical Support Assistant Manager from May 2012 to February 2014, and an Advanced Technical Lead from July 2009 to June 2012. Before that, they worked as a Technical Analyst III from July 2008 to July 2009, and as a Field Service Technician from August 2003 to July 2008.

Prior to their tenure at ScriptPro, Kelley worked as the Director of Broadband Services at Cyber Lodge Internet Services from August 2001 to August 2003, where they acted as a customer point of contact for sales and service, performed on-site customer service, and provided telephone technical support.

Throughout their career, Kelley has gained expertise in client service, systems administration, technical support, and sales and service coordination.

Kelley Wright obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Fort Hays State University, where they studied from 2008 to 2011. In addition to their degree, Kelley also holds various certifications including SNIA Certified Storage Professional from the Storage Network Industry Association, VMWare Certified Associate - Digital Business Transformation from VMware, MCSA, Windows Server 2016 from Microsoft, Bomgar System Administrator Essentials from Bomgar Corporation, MobileIron certifications in V7.5 Design and Deployment Fundamentals, V8.5 Support Specialist Fundamentals, and Cloud Fundamentals - R28. Furthermore, Kelley holds an ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice and Cisco CCNA and CCNP certifications from Cisco Systems, which they obtained in 2002.
