Ken Mothersbaugh

Ken Mothersbaugh has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ken started their career in 1995 at Gateway as a Technical Support Team Manager. In 2000, they joined AT&T as a Field Marketing Manager and later transitioned to the role of FMM/DNAE. Moving on, Ken worked at Cerner Corporation as an IRC Operations Manager from 2004 to 2007. Ken then joined TAC Worldwide as a Tier 2 Remote Technical Support before joining H&R Block in 2009 as a QA Analyst and Tier 3 Support. In 2011, Ken returned to ScriptPro as an Advanced Technical Lead II and served in this role until 2016. Ken briefly worked at H&R Block again in 2016 as a QA Analyst before returning to ScriptPro in 2017 as an Application Systems Analyst II, where they are currently employed. Ken also has teaching experience as an Adjuncy Faculty at Penn Valley Community College from 1997 to 2003.

Ken Mothersbaugh attended Johnson County Community College from 1985 to 1986, focusing on Computer Science. No degree was obtained during this period.
