Shelly Alejos

Shelly Alejos has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Shelly started their career in 1993 as a Sales Manager at UCSI before transitioning to Sterling Electronics as an Inside Sales Representative. In 1997, they joined Arrow Electronics as a Sales and Marketing Representative, managing a $4 Million territory and building relationships with OEMs and customers. From 2009 to 2013, they worked at PGi as a Conference Specialist, assisting in mentoring new hires and managing the daily schedule for associates. Shelly then advanced to the role of Senior Conference Specialist / CourtCall Liaison, where they had daily contact with clients and managed client profiles. In 2015, they became a Customer Care Assistant Manager / Account Specialist, distributing quality reports and serving as an internal escalation resource. From 2016 to 2018, they were a Customer Care Manager at PGi, supporting and leading associates and implementing continuous business improvement practices. Most recently, they joined ScriptPro in 2018 as a Manager of Pharmacy Systems Support, and later became Manager of Workflow Support Operations in 2019.

Shelly Alejos obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications/Advertising from Kansas State University, where they studied from 1988 to 1993.
