Aranya Sen

Aranya Sen has been working in the software industry since 2006. Aranya began their career as a Contract Test Engineer at Sasken. Aranya then joined STAG Software as a Test Specialist, and was subsequently promoted to Senior Test Engineer and Test Engineer. In 2008, they moved to Ortiva Wireless as a Software Test Engineer. From 2013, they worked as a freelance Solutions Architect, and then joined Polycom as a Lead Engineer and Senior Software Engineer Contract. In 2015, they joined ScriptSender as a Solutions Architect and Development Lead. During their time at Polycom, they maintained a large-scale Test-Automation Framework written in Perl Object Oriented System, and took initiatives to improve the automation suite by adding various tools, standardizing and adding robust documentation, unit tests, simplifying various parts of the code-base by refactoring, and upgrading the framework using latest technologies and toolsets.

Aranya Sen completed their 10th from Narendrapur RamKrishna Mission between 1991 and 1997. Aranya then went on to complete their Higher Secondary from Patha Bhaban between 1997 and 1999, studying physics, chemistry, mathematics, and biology. Finally, they earned their Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication from Visvesvaraya Technological University between 2000 and 2004.
