Mike Mathews has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. From 1999 to 2002, they were a Network Administrator at the University of Maryland. From 2006 to 2010, they were the Director of Technology at Xylem CCI, where they collaborated with management, development, IT team members, and external partners to ensure efficient company operations. From 2010 to 2013, they were the VP of Digital Lifecycle Management at akavit - fueling digital innovation, where they oversaw division accounting for more than 30% of annual revenue. From 2013 to 2015, they were the Sr. Solutions Architect at ClickMail Marketing, where they implemented code repository, implemented IDE standardization, code standards, and Amazon AWS. From 2015 to 2022, they were the Director of Project Development at iPost, where they founded and developed the partnership with remote development teams and was responsible for company application security and compliance. Mike is currently the Director of Software Engineering at ScriptSender, where they have implemented agile with Kanban for development and DevOps teams, reorganized development teams to eliminate siloing, and worked with the leadership team to align development priorities and company growth goals.
