Divya A. has a strong background in copy editing and digital content production. Divya is currently the Chief Copy Editor at Scroll Media, a position they started in December 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Bennett Coleman and Co. Ltd. (Times Group) from 2015 to 2021. During their time there, they held several roles including Principal Digital Content Producer - At the level of Chief Copy Editor from October 2020 to December 2021, Senior Copy Editor from April 2017 to September 2020, and Copy Editor from September 2015 to April 2017. Before joining Bennett Coleman and Co. Ltd., Divya was a Sub-Editor at Deccan Chronicle Holdings ltd from February 2014 to September 2015.

Divya A. completed their All India Secondary School Examination at The Army Public School from 1998 to 2007. Divya then pursued a Higher Secondary Certificate in Commerce at Brihan Maharashtra College Of Commerce from 2007 to 2009. Following that, from 2007 to 2012, they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a specialization in Banking and Finance from the same institution. In 2012, Divya enrolled in the Asian College of Journalism and completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Print Journalism in 2013. Currently, they are pursuing a Master's in Gender, Culture & Development at Savitribai Phule Pune University, which they expect to complete in 2024.
