Sandy Peng

Sandy Peng is a co-founder of Scroll Tech and a partner at Fission Capital. Previously, Sandy held the position of management associate at the Securities and Futures Commission. Sandy earned a Bachelor of Arts in Social and Political Sciences from the University of Cambridge between 2005 and 2008, followed by a Master of Science in Law from The London School of Economics and Political Science in 2009 to 2010.
