Kurt Weingarten is a seasoned professional in the field of photonics and lasers, currently serving as Managing Partner at Tarkas Ventures since July 2018, and as a board member for K2 Photonics and Scrona Ltd. With a robust background at Lumentum from August 2015 to November 2018 as CTO of Commercial Lasers and previously as General Manager and Managing Director of R&D, Kurt played a pivotal role in shaping product and technology strategies for commercial laser applications.
