Dan Thinnes has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple companies.

Dan started their career at AT&T in 1999 and held various roles such as Program/Project/Process Operations Associate Director, Methods & Process Operations Area Manager, Service Executive, and Strategic Account Relationship Lead. In these roles, they developed and executed strategies, built and managed client relationships, and ensured customer satisfaction.

In 2017, they worked at Scrum Alliance as a Certified Scrum Product Owner. Here, they were responsible for fulfilling the role of the Product Owner on a Scrum team and satisfying stakeholders.

Currently, Dan Thinnes is working at Accenture as a Client Relationship Manager. In this role, they display leadership and authority, ensuring that client responsibilities are met in accordance with the statement of work and service level agreement.

Throughout their career, they have obtained certifications such as Six Sigma Green Belt Certified, PMP/PMI Certified, and Certified Scrum Product Owner. Dan has also managed large accounts, developed teams, and improved customer experiences.

Dan Thinnes has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Finance from Capella University, which was completed in 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Leadership & Management from the same university. Before attending Capella University, Dan Thinnes earned a High School Diploma from Coon Rapids High School and an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in General Studies from North Hennepin Community College.
