Simon Flossmann

Simon Flossmann is a Professional Scrum Trainer (PST) and an Agile Coach with over a decade of experience in product management using Scrum methodologies. They have worked with notable organizations such as Bosch, AVL, and GIZ, where they excelled in connecting Discovery and Delivery processes to enhance team outcomes. As a mentor, Simon has trained over 2,243 individuals in Scrum, Agile leadership, and product management. They currently run their own consulting and training service while also serving as a Certified Trainer with "Training from the BACK of the Room!" and a Certified Training Partner with Sense & Respond Learning. Simon holds a Master of Science in Mathematics from Universität Regensburg.
