Ivan Castro

Ivan Castro has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ivan is currently the Co-Founder and COO of Scrummers since March 2020. Prior to that, they worked at TEZ Technology as a Product Manager from January 2018 to December 2020. Before that, they held various roles at AVPMi, starting as a System Specialist from July 2007 to December 2009. Ivan then progressed to become a Technical Support Manager from January 2009 to December 2010. From January 2011 to December 2015, Ivan served as the Director of Operations at AVPMi, where they supervised staff, managed procurement processes, and coordinated resources allocation. Finally, from January 2016 to December 2017, they held the position of Vice President of Operations at AVPMi, where they led company efforts to ensure day-to-day business operations, designed strategies for employee goal achievement, and prioritized customer satisfaction while maintaining profitability.

Ivan Castro attended Florida International University from 2002 to 2007, where they obtained a degree in Civil Engineering. Ivan has also obtained a Blockchain Professional Certificate from CertiProf in March 2022.
