Marilyn Ndlovu has work experience in various roles and companies. From August 2021 to April 2022, they worked at SovTech as a Junior Accountant, and from May 2022 to the present, they hold the role of Financial Accountant at the same company. Prior to that, Marilyn worked at MGI Bass Gordon from February 2018 to January 2021 as an Audit Trainee. Additionally, they had a role at Liberty Group South Africa from September 2017 to January 2018, specifically within the Liberty Corporate department.
Marilyn Ndlovu completed their Bachelor of Commerce in Financial Accounting from North-West University / Noordwes-Universiteit, with a focus on accounting, from 2014 to 2017. Marilyn then pursued an Advanced Diploma in Accounting Sciences from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika in 2018. In 2021, Marilyn obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Accounting Sciences (CTA) from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika, specializing in accounting and finance.
In addition to their formal education, Marilyn has also acquired several certifications. Marilyn became a Certified Xero Advisor through Xero in January 2021. Marilyn completed the Fundamentals of Project Management course from the Online Academy in September 2020. Furthermore, Marilyn obtained the Business Accountant in Practice BAP(SA) certification from SAIBA in January 2023.
