Refiloe M. has a diverse work experience in the technology and software development industry. They started their career as a Junior Web Developer at Weblogic Botswana in 2013, where they worked until 2016. In 2018, Refiloe joined the SA Innovation Summit as a Technical Support Specialist, responsible for maintaining and updating technical equipment and systems.

In 2020, Refiloe became a Java Software Engineer at RMB - Rand Merchant Bank, specializing in messaging applications and ensuring the delivery of SMS, emails, and notifications to customers. They also conducted code reviews and provided technical guidance to junior developers.

Later in 2020, Refiloe co-founded Vimosure, a company focused on developing advanced algorithms and data analytics solutions for personalized risk management in the insurance industry. Their role as a Founding Partner involved developing the software platform, providing real-time risk assessments, and helping clients make data-driven decisions about their insurance needs.

In 2021, Refiloe joined SovTech as a Full-stack Developer, where they designed and developed web applications using React.js and collaborated with designers and back-end developers to ensure optimal user experience and data management. They also worked closely with clients to understand their requirements and develop customized solutions.

Refiloe M. has a diverse education history. In 2014, they enrolled at the University of Botswana, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, which they completed in 2017. While studying at the University of Botswana, Refiloe obtained a certificate as an Oracle Certified Professional from Oracle in 2016.

In 2016, Refiloe attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology for a brief period, where they obtained a certificate in Data Science and Machine Learning. During the same year, they also earned an Android Developer certification from Google Developers.

Continuing their education, Refiloe joined the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika in an undisclosed year, completing a Higher National Diploma in Accounting and Business/Management by the end of 2017.
