Debasis Patra has been serving as a Relationship Manager at Edusys Pvt. Ltd. since October 2017, where responsibilities include managing client relationships and enhancing customer satisfaction. Simultaneously, Debasis Patra holds the position of Relationship Manager for Relationship Management at SCRUMstudy, the global accreditation body for Scrum and Agile certifications, which encompasses the development of the SBOK™ Guide to facilitate successful project delivery using Scrum methodologies.
