Shai Stern serves as the CEO and Co-Chairman of CheckAlt LLC, a provider of Check 21 applications and processing solutions for financial institutions, since March 2010. In addition, Shai is Co-Chairman of Scrypt AI, which focuses on cognitive automation in payment processing, and holds a Board Member position at Bankjoy, a company aimed at modernizing mobile banking. Shai also provides advisory support to several organizations, including SPARE., Eved, and Boomtown!, and has served on the board of VStock Transfer since 2012. Previously, Shai was the Chairman of Vcheck Global, a comprehensive due diligence solution, and held advisory roles with Q6 Cyber, a cybersecurity firm. Shai's academic background includes attendance at Yeshiva University from 1994 to 1996.
