James Weeg

James Weeg is a Senior Technician at SCS Engineers, specializing in the implementation of IGWA and Phase-2 assessments, as well as the collection and processing of environmental samples since October 2017. Prior to this role, James Weeg operated as a Private Geological Contractor with a focus on environmental geology in South Carolina and North Carolina. Earlier experience includes serving as a Project Geologist at EnSafe and Versar, where James Weeg conducted geologic and hydrogeologic sampling. Additionally, James Weeg worked as a Hydrology Technician for the U.S. Forest Service, managing monitoring equipment. James Weeg's career began in the U.S. Army as a Platoon Sergeant, providing leadership and training for a heavy weapons platoon. Academically, James Weeg holds a Master’s Degree in Environmental Studies and a Bachelor’s Degree in Geology/Earth Science from the College of Charleston.
