Project Manager

Jeff Phillips is an experienced Project Manager at SCS Engineers since December 2020, previously serving as the Director of Business Development and Director of Planning and Training at Evora Group from June 2002 to December 2020. During that time, Jeff was responsible for identifying and developing new clients and markets, implementing strategic marketing plans, performing analyses of integrated solid waste management systems, and conducting training seminars. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography with a focus on Environmental Studies from the University of Iowa, earned between 1995 and 1999.
