Ryan Slayton

Ryan Slayton is an experienced professional in system integration and quality management, currently serving as a System Integrator at SCS Engineers since April 2024. Previously, Ryan held the role of QMS Project Manager at Quest Diagnostics from July 2021 to April 2024, focusing on automation and research and development. Prior to that, Ryan worked at Quantum Automation from October 2011 to July 2021, where responsibilities included managing over 40 projects, developing operating plans utilizing ISO9001 principles, and overseeing engineering, panel shop, and quality assurance teams. Ryan's diverse experience also encompasses roles such as Field Application Engineer and Contract Manufacturing Project Manager, contributing to project design and workflow for ISO9001 compliance, vendor negotiations, and technical support. Ryan's early career included an engineering internship at Goodrich, designing aircraft engine parts and managing project deadlines.
