Thomas Williams is a Project Engineer at SCS Engineers since June 2018, specializing in environmentally sustainable solutions for solid waste management, including permitting and landfill design. Previously, Thomas served as a Staff Engineer and Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Virginia from August 2016 to May 2018, focusing on geosynthetic materials in landfill lining systems for their thesis. Thomas also has experience as an Engineering Technician at the Virginia Department of Transportation, where research contributed to enhancing transportation structures.
