Tom Parker

Tom Parker is a Project Director at SCS Engineers, where they are responsible for business development, engineering, and project management for solid waste landfills and facilities. Previously, Tom held various roles, including Senior Project Manager at Jacobs and Associate at CDM Smith, managing civil and environmental engineering projects. Tom began their career as a Project Engineer at Pullman Power Products, constructing power plants across multiple states. They earned an Associate of Science in Engineering Science from SUNY Delhi and a Bachelor's degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering from Clarkson University.
