Cheng Lin

Cheng Lin began working as a Data Engineer at [s] Cube Inc in 2018. In the same year, they were promoted to Reports Technical Lead, where they were responsible for leading the Benchmark Court Case Management Software and training new employees on SAP Crystal Reports and software implementation. Cheng also developed 300+ court related forms and SAP Crystal Reports for clients, and was responsible for project escalations and Microsoft Teams management. In 2019, they were promoted to Lead Technical Analyst, where they worked with government agencies clients in delivering report requirements and provided support to SQL reports. Cheng also developed reports using Microsoft SSRS and SAPS Crystal Reports. In 2017, Cheng Lin worked as a Reserve Secretary/Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Gopher at the Cyber Defense Organization. In 2018, they also worked as a Teaching Assistant at the University at Albany, SUNY.

Cheng Lin earned a Bachelor's degree in Digital Forensics from the University at Albany, SUNY from 2015 to 2019.
