Senior Technical Analyst at [s]Cube

Daniel Pinzon has been working in the field of technology and higher education since 2013. Daniel began their career as a Fellowship at ESI (Expanding Success Initiative) in 2013, where they assisted in the process of making better quality high schools by providing ideas and feedback, as well as participating in the Summer Bridge program as a teacher assistant. In 2014, they became a Shift Leader at Irving Farm, where they were responsible for assuring maximum efficiency, monitoring co-workers performances, completing transactions with customers, and being a key holder of the cafe. In 2016, they held multiple roles, including Lead Sales Associate/ Stock Associate at Vans a Division of VF Outdoor, Opinion's Editor at Albany Student Press, and Guide 1 at 5 Wits. At Vans, they were knowledgeable on the brands different products and completed transactions with customers. At Albany Student Press, they were responsible for editing the opinion's section. At 5 Wits, they explained the concept of the interactive adventure walkthrough to customers and guided guest traffic flow. In 2017, they began working at University at Albany, SUNY, where they held multiple roles. As a Housing Manager, they managed residential buildings of over 100 ethnically diverse undergraduate and graduate students, designed and implemented events, programs, and bulletin boards, and budgeted and allocated money used for residence hall/floor events. As a Database Intern at the Gender and Sexuality Resource Center, they enhanced the database, made in Microsoft Access, and was responsible for data entry. As a Teaching Assistant for Databases Digital Forensics (BFOR 300), they assisted in the teaching process of the class and served as session chair to classes that involved students presenting their projects. As a Managerial Assistant, they operated the social media of the Division of Student Affairs and represented the Division of Student Affairs during orientation sessions. Lastly, as a Resident Assistant, they monitored and tended to the floor of residents, created events, and assisted in staffing the office. In 2018, they began working at [s] Cube Inc as a Technical Analyst and Technical Analyst Intern.

Daniel Pinzon graduated from the University at Albany, SUNY in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Digital Forensics.
