Debbie Downs

Debbie Downs is a finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial management. Currently serving as Controller at Scully Company since December 2019, Debbie has a proven track record in leadership roles, including Assistant Controller at Lennar from September 2016 to November 2019 and Director of Financial Reporting at Korman Residential Properties from July 2007 to September 2016. Earlier in career, Debbie worked as a Senior Accountant at McPhillips, Roberts & Deans PLC from January 2002 to 2007. Debbie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Finance from Old Dominion University, completed between 1997 and 2001.
