Michael Lee is a highly experienced professional in real estate private equity, currently serving as a Real Estate Associate at Sculptor Capital Management since September 2025. Prior to this role, Michael held several positions at Fortress Investment Group from August 2020 to August 2025, including Vice President and Associate, where responsibilities focused on Credit & Real Estate. Michael began the career at Blackstone, working as an Analyst and a Summer Analyst from June 2018 to March 2020 and May 2017 to August 2017, respectively, concentrating on real estate private equity. Earlier experience includes an internship with JLL's Hotels & Hospitality Group in 2016 and service as a First Lieutenant in the Singapore Armed Forces from January 2012 to December 2013. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree with Distinction in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management and a minor in Real Estate from Cornell University, completed between 2014 and 2017, and graduated from Raffles Institution in 2011.
