Our staff at SCW Consulting has been providing executive search services throughout the U.S. and North America since 2000. We specialize in the Physical Security and Voice/Data/Interconnect industries with clients who include Fortune 500 companies, mid-size firms, as well as start-up organizations. We don't just talk about specializing in these industries, some of our people worked in these industries prior to joining us. Collectively, we have over 30 years of Physical Security and Voice/Data/Interconnect experience.

Whether we are engaged in a search with our clients on an individual position or a large regional or national staffing project, we work with them to identify the desired candidate profile. Our next step is to locate and carefully screen those candidates who meet our client's criteria. We schedule only top candidates for interviews to save our clients valuable time. We also develop a concise hiring process to assure that our clients get the talent they need in this fast-moving candidate market. Our services continue through the offer and background check, assuring successful completion of the assignment.
