Pascal Wouters

Pascal Wouters has a diverse work experience spanning several companies in different industries. Pascal started their career at Heineken in 2001, where they held various roles including Business Analyst/Controller and Controller Staff. During their time at Heineken, they were involved in a range of financial activities such as budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, and project controlling. Pascal also implemented ABC and ABM for the Commercial organization within Holland and successfully integrated regional operating units into new operating units.

After working at Heineken, Pascal joined Quaker Chemical as a Senior Business Advisor for the EMEA region from 2007 to 2011. Following this, they joined AEG Power Solutions as an SBU Controller Solar from 2012 to 2014, where they were responsible for financial control and analysis of the solar business unit.

In 2014, Pascal joined Roche as a Manager for Financial Reporting & Business Analysis. Pascal held this position until 2015 before moving on to Corbion. At Corbion, Pascal served as a Senior Corporate Management Controller from 2015 to 2022.

Currently, Pascal works at SCW Systems as the Manager Finance and Control, a position they started in 2022. With their extensive experience in financial control and analysis, Pascal has built a strong foundation in finance and management.

Pascal Wouters has a diverse education history. In 1995, they attended the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, where they pursued a degree in Technische Bedrijfskunde and graduated in 1999 with the degree of "Ing." After that, they joined the University Nyenrode in 1999 to pursue a Master of Science degree, specializing in Management. Pascal completed their studies there in 2000. Later, in 2005, Pascal attended the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) to obtain their Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation, which they successfully completed in 2006.

In addition to their formal education, Pascal has also obtained the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification from the IMA | Institute of Management Accountants. The specific details regarding the month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
