With roots in the fertile land of Ribera, Scyavuru has evolved from a Sicilian heritage into a €15 Million B2B enterprise, distributed in over 60 countries through premium retailers like Eataly and Rinascente.

We bridge Sicilian agricultural passion with global industrial capacity. Our core mission is to help international retailers escape the price war through tailored formulations (Private Label) and exclusive formats.

FULL CONTROL: FROM WHOLE FRUIT TO JAR We oversee the entire production cycle within our cutting-edge facility, eliminating industrial semi-finished bases: • Sourcing & Roasting: We shell and roast whole, raw nuts in-house to secure absolute freshness. • Meticulous Conching: We lock in the natural "scyavuru" (the Sicilian word for fragrance). • Quality Maturation: Strict controls guarantee a consistent, professional texture.

AN ETHICAL COMMITMENT Operating in Sicily is a courageous choice. We provide stable employment to 40 families, run on 100% solar energy, and pursue a Zero Waste philosophy (extracting precious essences for high perfumery from pistachio shells).

We are not just suppliers; we are co-innovators of your assortment.`
