David Angulo

David Angulo is the President & CEO at SCYNEXIS. David has over 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on dermatology. David has held various leadership positions at both Brickell Biotech, Inc. and Stiefel, a GSK company. David is responsible for overseeing all product development activities, including chemical controls and manufacturing, nonclinical, clinical and regulatory activities. David is also responsible for establishing the scientific strategy for optimal intellectual property protection.

David Angulo is a Mexican doctor who specializes in infectious diseases. David attended the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, where they received their MD.
