Tom Chen

Tom Chen is an anti-infectives expert with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. They served as a Senior Product Manager for rhBMP-2 at Wyeth Biotech from 1996 to 1999 and held the position of Executive Director of Marketing at Cubist Pharmaceuticals from 1999 to 2004. Subsequently, they worked as Vice President of Marketing at Oscient Pharmaceuticals from 2004 to 2007 and then as VP, Sales and Marketing/Global Brand Director at Basilea Pharmaceutica Ltd from 2007 to 2010. Currently, Tom is an Independent Consultant at SCYNEXIS, Inc., a role they have maintained since 2016. Tom obtained a BS in Biology from Boston College, where they studied from 1979 to 1982.
