Chris Hamlin has over 17 years of work experience in various roles. Chris started their career in 2003 as a Geek Squad Manager at Best Buy, where they managed a team of 15 to 30 people. In 2011, they joined PriceAdvantage as a Principal Consultant and Project Manager, where they were responsible for gathering business requirements, defining the scope of configurations and authoring design documents. In 2014, they moved to Tyler Technologies as a Project Manager (PMP), where they were responsible for developing implementation project plans and conducting kick-off meetings with clients and sales representatives. In 2015, they returned to Scytec Consulting Inc. as a Technical Solutions Manager, where they were responsible for estimating, prioritizing, planning and coordinating quality testing activities. In 2018, they rejoined PriceAdvantage as a Program Manager and was responsible for improving return-on-investment on product/features, aiming for a high net retention goal and increasing customer satisfaction. Chris is currently working as a Senior Manager and Implementation/Product Manager (SaaS) at Scytec Consulting Inc., where they work with stakeholders/clients to integrate features into the product, identifies needs of the clients even when they didn't know exactly what they want and shares and aligns their strategy across the multiple teams.
Chris Hamlin has attended Metropolitan State University of Denver, where they are studying Computer Science. Additionally, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in January 2014.
