Scythe is a family office with active holdings across real estate, sports business, private equity, and venture capital. We build and operate enduring businesses, backing exceptional founders and assets with long-term, flexible capital and hands-on partnership.

Our approach is grounded in deep operational expertise, a disciplined investment philosophy, and a commitment to growing resilient, high-performing platforms. From industrial real estate and pro sports ecosystems to early-stage technology and legacy businesses, we bring clarity, speed, and conviction to everything we do.

We are privately held, performance-driven, and built for the long game.
